Approximately 7:00/8:00 PM – 7:00/8:00 AM

🧡 Position Responsibilities
As a CNA/NAC or HCA, you will support clients in their homes by providing compassionate, professional care, including:
Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
Safe transfers and mobility support, including Hoyer lift operation
Dementia and/or ALS care
Monitoring and reporting changes in client condition
Taking and documenting vital signs
Meal preparation, feeding, and hydration
Light housekeeping and safety checks
Companionship and emotional support
Following individualized care plans and completing required documentation
✔️ Minimum Requirements
Current CNA/NAC or HCA certification – REQUIRED
Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience – REQUIRED
Weekend availability – STRONGLY PREFERRED
Required or Highly Preferred Experience:
Dementia care
ALS care
Hoyer lift transfers
Home care, assisted living, or long-term care settings
Additional Qualifications:
Compassionate, reliable, and patient demeanor
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to assist safely with transfers and mobility
Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references
