Your Role: As a caregiver, your responsibilities will include providing essential support to seniors and creating a positive, nurturing environment. Your key duties will include:
- Assisting with Daily Activities: Helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility to support seniors' daily routines.
- Providing Specialized Care: Offering compassionate care to clients with Dementia or Alzheimer’s, ensuring they feel safe and secure.
- Monitoring Well-being: Observing and reporting on clients' physical and emotional health to ensure their comfort and safety.
- Light Housekeeping & Meal Prep: Assisting with light cleaning, meal preparation, and maintaining a tidy living space.
- Building Meaningful Relationships: Offering companionship, emotional support, and developing trusting relationships with clients.
- Following Care Plans: Adhering to individualized care plans to ensure the highest quality of service and care.
